Hi, l m mirko, l m 48 years old l was born in southern Tuscany, but more than Italian l feel Mediterranean, which has always fascinated me. I have been working in the yacht sector for 20 years now, from deckhand to captain, working on various types of boats, mostly sailing, which is my true passion. I have lived and worked in Spain, Greece, Turkey and the Caribbean area, where l have broadened my knowledge and skills. Which proven experience in managing and supervising sailing cruising, choice of the anchorage, based on weather and marine conditions. Always committed to ensuring the safety of the crew and passengers during navigation, checking the correct functioning of the vessel, ability in managing and maintaining the vessel. Enthusiastic and motivated, with a strong passion for life on the open sea. I like to work in Team. I graduated from nautical technical institute of Porto Santo Stefano, with the qualification of officer student, machine and deck. Language spoken: Spanish, English, French. I am thoughtful person, I appreciate everything about the sea and l thank it for the privilege of being able to experience it, like water sports, cycling, and snow boarding which l dedicate myself to in my free time.

Jacopo Bertelli is a young commander (40 years) who has been running this beautiful Baltic for 4 years now. He likes to call himself a sailor more than a commander, because his idea of management and command is permeated by a vision of collaboration. Knowing how to organize and manage is knowing how to see and evaluate all the aspects that play a decisive factor in the real success of a business: be it a boat, a trip or the satisfaction of the people around you. He has been working on boats for 10 years now, he has sailed and lived all over Europe and, although born in Italy, he feels more European than Italian. His passion for knowledge, travel, what is different, unknown, led him to graduate (Physics and Philosophy) and live abroad for almost half of his life. Before devoting himself to the nautical world he was a successful manager despite his young age, thanks to the results of the old job he could afford long periods of solo sailing, for the Mediterranean, for pure pleasure and delight. This first experience was the engine that allowed him to be respected and encouraged by his older colleagues as well as to be admired by shipowners. In addition to his organizational skills, his aesthetic sense, his love of beauty and attention to detail, along with his great generosity, have made him very appreciated by all guests who have had the pleasure of sailing with him: loves to make people feel good. All these characteristics soon allowed him to obtain esteem and success in positions of responsibility and leadership. In addition to being an incurable intellectual is deeply in love with nature. He loves the sports that immerse him in the deepest nature, from diving, climbing, snowboarding, alpine skiing to bike packing.
